I’m a Latina Austinite hairstylist, I’ve been cutting hair for over a decade. I spent the last decade working at the top barbershop of Austin as one of their top stylists before going independent. Cancellation Policy
A credit/debit card will be required to make an appointment. There will be no advance deposit required when making your appointment, it will only charge the card at checkout after your service, and if a late cancellation or no show happens.
*Please be on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a no show fee will be charged. If you're running behind, please shoot me a text. I may not be able to respond immediately, but I do read them and appreciate the communication. If you are running behind, I will still take the appointment as long as you're within the 10 minute window.
No show fee - $30
*Cancellations day of your appointment time are subject to be charged a late cancellation fee.
Late cancellation fee - $15
*All fees Are NON-Refundable, you will be charged upfront for either late cancellation fee or no show fee.
